Join our Holistic Wellness Retreat at the picturesque seashore of Kathisma Beach on the beautiful island Lefkada in Greece.

You will enjoy a wide variety of yoga, pilates and meditation classes suitable for all practitioner levels. The program is designed to support a holistic experience and promote a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. Alongside the daily classes, we offer guided workshops to cultivate holistic wellness.

Libre Studios are located at an altitude 40 meters above the sea and they are waiting for you to enjoy the famous sunsets of West Lefkada on the beautiful Kathisma Beach, which is literally right at your feet!


You’ll start to relax the moment you arrive. The sound of the sea and the gorgeous view of mighty mountains have and immediate effect on your mind, and a short stroll to the Kathisma Beach it is a true recharge for body and soul. Relax at the swimming pool or go for a swim in the turquoise Ionian Sea - perfect for diving into after a day spent practicing yoga and pilates and immersing yourself in nature exploring the surrounding forests and stunning beaches.

Holistic Wellness Retreat 5-day Schedule


Upon waking up in this stunning location, you'll do a blissful sunrise yoga or pilates class at the patio overlooking the Ionian Sea. Moving through beautiful sequencing and creative Sun Salutations, you'll explore energizing Vinyasa flow and inspired meditation and visualization techniques. These soulful practices create a sense of lightness and radiance, leaving you feeling lovingly uplifted and alive.

Each day at 11:00 o´clock you have the possibility to join the 1-hour Self-empowered and Manifestation workshop with Dr. Suzanna Braeger, who will teach you how to cultivate the 8 areas of Holistic Wellness. For these workshops, we provide you worksheets and a course manual.

In the afternoons, you will have time to chill out at the pool or at the beach. You can practice and write into your journal and use mindful exercises taught by the morning sessions and workshops. You might feel visiting other wonderful beaches of the island (e.g., Agios Nikitas, Avali Beach or Beach Megali Petra) or the vibrant city of Lefkada. Local busses are available. During your free time, you can choose to taste Greek specialties at the local restaurants, or you can prepare a healthy vegetarian or vegan lunch/dinner at your accommodation. There are local supermarkets where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables and more.

Late afternoon, we invite you to join our Powerbox Pilates class, where Marianna will introduce you to a functional- and highly effective system of body toning, the Powerbox Pilates.

In the evenings, you will immerse yourself in Hatha yoga practices and meditation at the beach, allowing your body and mind to rest, heal and rejuvenate.

Retreat location

The retreat will take place at Libre Studios at Kathisma Beach on the island of Lefkada in Greece. This paradise of small pebble and sandy beach lapped by the crystal-clear Ionian Sea is one of the most beautiful Greek islands.

During daytime, you can choose to taste Greek specialties at the local restaurants or you might feel to have some refreshing salad or fresh shakes and juices at Libre Café. You can also prepare a healthy lunch/dinner at your accommodation. Each room has a kitchen. There are supermarkets where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables and more.

Other activities and things to do (optional)

When you're not practicing yoga and pilates or exploring the big blue, there’s plenty of time to experience other island activities, including sea kayaking, hiking, beach walks, paragliding at Kathisma Beach or visiting the vibrant city of Lefkada.

You may indulge in journaling or take some time to read a book in all afternoon - the choice is yours.
